From the East - Traveling westbound on I-94

• Take the 5th Street exit into downtown Minneapolis
• Proceed down 5th Street where, at Park Avenue, take a right and the parking will be up one block.

From the North - Traveling southbound on I-35W

• Take the Washington Ave S exit.
• Turn right and proceed down Washington Ave S
• Take left on Portland
• Proceed 1.5 blocks to parking lots.

From the West - Traveling eastbound on Highway 12 as it becomes I-394 east

• Take the 6th street exit into downtown Minneapolis
• Proceed down 6th street through downtown Minneapolis
• At 5th Avenue South take a left
• Proceed to 4th Street South and take a right.

From the South - Traveling northbound on I-35W

• Take the 5th avenue exit into downtown Minneapolis
• Proceed down 5th Avenue to 4th Street
• Parking lots are on the right.

From the Northwest - Traveling eastbound on I-94

• Take the 4th Street exit into downtown Minneapolis
• Proceed down 4th Street through downtown Minneapolis to 5th Avenue
• Parking ramps are located across 5th Avenue at Portland & Park.

From the Southeast - Traveling northbound on Highway 52/55

• Take I-494 west-bound to I-35W
• Proceed north on I-35W and exit on 5th Avenue into downtown Minneapolis
• Follow 5th Avenue to 6th Street
• Parking ramps are on 6th Street, at 5th Avenue and Park Avenue.

• The Vikings have instituted a pre-paid parking permit program for as many fans as possible. This pre-paid parking policy is necessary due to the limited volume of spaces available.
• All vehicles parking on the Vikings lots will require a parking permit or prepaid ticket. Any additional spaces (if available) that were sold in addition to vehicle spaces must also have a ticket.
• The parking lots will open for tailgating as follows: 12pm games - lots open at 6am; Sunday or Monday night games - lots open at 5pm.
• Larger vehicles requiring additional spaces will be directed into designated areas by Parking and Traffic Staff on the Purple Tailgate 3. Each fan will be required to pay for each space or partial space used by their vehicle, set-up, or accessories. This is in order to be fair and accommodate as many fans as possible, and to keep the prices as low as possible.
• Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Purple Tailgate 1. These spaces are in addition to the existing spaces on the Disabled lot located at 6th St. and Park Avenue. A state-issued accessible parking plate or placard must be displayed on any vehicle parking in these spaces. Ticket holders with ADA plates or placards must also possess a pre-paid parking permit for the appropriate game to park in these lots.
• To ensure safe and efficient travel throughout the Vikings lots, please follow the directions of the Parking and Traffic Staff. Any fan refusing to do as requested, will face possible revocation of parking privileges.
• Circulation between parking lots is not possible due to fan safety and concerns and municipal laws. Vehicles will be directed to the appropriate parking lots with available parking spaces based on your parking permit designation.
• Illegal parking on area roadways, medians, grass malls and vehicle breakdown lanes is prohibited. Violators will be ticketed by local police and/or towed at owner's expense.
• Wood burning fires are strongly prohibited on the Vikings tailgating parking lots due to Minneapolis City Ordinances. Violators will have their tailgating passes immediately revoked for the season with no warning and no refund.
• Litter dumping or charcoal dumping on the parking lot grounds is not permitted. Violators will be subject to fine and revocation of their tailgating passes with no refund.
• Public urination is illegal and not permitted on parking lot grounds. Violators are subject to fine and revocation of their tailgating passes with no refund.
• Amplified sound from vehicles is not permitted. Violators will be fined and subject to revocation of their tailgating passes with no refund.
