You can’t imagine Boise football without tailgating. It is an all day event for most serious fans. Some fans come to the tailgates and stay tailgating during the games. Tailgating at Boise State rivals college tailgating anywhere in the country. It is no longer what the old fans do here. The college kids are tailgating with the alumni and everyone in between. Children of all ages are there with the friends and families. Tailgating has become a large part of the Boise college day atmosphere.

All home game Bronco Bashes start two hours before kick-off and are held in the Boise State Alumni Association Parking Lot at the corner of Grant and University across from Bronco Stadium.

All home game Bronco Bashes are free for the public and include prize drawings; food, alcohol, and Bronco gear available for purchase; face painting, and spirit squad performances.
