Built in 1992 in large part from a large donation from Jerry and Merilyn Goodwin, Goodwin Field is home to the Cal State Fullerton Titans baseball team. Tailgating is welcomed in the parking lots near Goodwin Field so long as tailgaters follow the rules.

Goodwin Field is located on the north end of Cal State Fullerton's campus. The campus is located next to the Orange Freeway (57).

From the North via the 57 Freeway

1. Drive SOUTH on the 57 Freeway
2. EXIT Yorba Linda Blvd.
3. Turn RIGHT on Yorba Linda Blvd.
4. Turn LEFT on Associated Rd.
5. Turn RIGHT into Lot G

Parking Costs

Free for Students, Faculty and Staff with a valid Cal State University parking pass.

Free on Friday, Saturday and Sunday games.

$8 for day of the game parking Monday through Thursday. Weekday game Tailgaters are responsible for purchasing a day parking pass. Automated parking pass machines are located in different sections of the parking lots. Exact change for parking machines is required. Machines will accept larger bills but do not issue change. So unless you want to pay an extra $2, don't insert a $10 and expect to get change back.

Gate Opening Times

Lot G near Goodwin Field gates stay open 24 hours. There is no limit as to how soon tailgaters may arrive and start tailgating prior to Cal State Fullerton baseball games.

Parking Lots

Lot G - This parking lot is located directly adjacent to Goodwin Field. This is the parking lot of preference of Cal State Fullerton tailgaters because of it's easy accessibility to the stadium that allows tailgaters to pack up at the last minute and still see first pitch.

Lot A - This parking lot is bigger than Lot G and allows tailgaters to stretch out. Typically Cal State Fullerton baseball tailgaters can occupy additional parking spaces with tents, tables, chairs and tailgating games in Lot A and no one seems to mind. Lot A is ideal for tailgaters who bring their RV or have a larger group and want to spread out.

Laws and Cal State Fullerton Campus Ordinances Applying to Goodwin Field Parking Lots

1. Tailgating is allowed in parking lots surrounding Goodwin Field.
2. California State Law prohibits alcoholic beverages in the parking lots on any campus under the California State University system. (Cal State Fullerton campus and City of Fullerton police officers patrol the parking lot and will enforce this law. Normally police officers will inform tailgaters of the law first and ask tailgaters to pour out their alcoholic beverage. If the warning is not heeded, typically police officers will issue citations.)

Grilling
Charcoal and gas grills are allowed at Goodwin Field. Fireproof cement bins for hot coals disposal are NOT available in any of the parking lots at Cal State Fullerton. Charcoal grillers are encouraged to extinguish their coals with copious amounts of water before packing up and going to the game.

Restrooms
There are no portable restrooms located in the parking lot sections around Goodwin Field. Restrooms are available inside Goodwin Field or Titan Soccer Stadium a few hours before first pitch.

Alcohol Policy

No alcohol is allowed inside Goodwin Field. Sales of beer, wine and liquor are prohibited inside Goodwin Field.

Water fountains are located on the third base side of the press box.

Restrooms

Women's restrooms are located on the first base side behind the press box.

Men's restrooms are located on the third base side behind the press box.
